West Hertfordshire adds AI decision support in radiology and signs for ambient voice

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust shared an update on its digital programme. On AI, it reported completing the contract for HYDE ambient voice technology and introducing AI clinical decision support in radiology.

The update also covered digitised ambulance handovers in its Cerner electronic patient record, integration of its urgent treatment centre, cyber security training after a phishing exercise, and the recruitment of a chief nursing information officer.
