1. Information, not endorsement
Listing a hospital, tool or vendor is a record that a public source reports a deployment. It is not an endorsement, safety rating or recommendation of any product, supplier or provider.
2. Accuracy and timeliness
Entries reflect what their sources said on the date shown. Deployments change, and sources can be wrong or incomplete. Results such as time saved or productivity gains are the claims of whoever reported them; we do not independently verify them.
3. Regulation
Our notes on the MDR, IVDR and EU AI Act are general explanations, not legal advice. Check the regulations and your national authority’s guidance.
4. Vendor sources
Some information comes from vendors. We label vendor sources so you can weigh them accordingly.
