2. Sourcing
Every tracker entry and news story links to its public source and names it. We summarise in our own words and do not republish other publishers’ articles. We label vendor sources and say when we rely on an abstract rather than a full report.
3. Stages and claims
Stages follow the definitions in our methodology. Outcome figures are attributed to whoever reported them.
4. Use of AI
We may use AI tools to help find, translate and summarise sources. An editor checks every entry and article against its source before publication. AI is never used to invent facts, sources or figures.
5. Images
Photographs on this site are AI-generated illustrations. They do not show real hospitals, staff or patients, and are never used as evidence of a deployment.
6. Corrections
